Frank Delimaʼs Student Enrichment Program

The annual “Pocho Shoot-Out” generates vital financial support for Frank De Lima’s Student Enrichment Program. For the past 30 years, the program has reached over 600,000 Hawaii children at least four times. The 501(c)3 non-profit organization’s mission is “To cultivate positive attitudes and behaviors in Hawai’i’s elementary and intermediate school children toward education, family, peers and themselves.
